I really really wanted to like this book, because I loved Dash & Lily's Book of Dares, but I was very disappointed. The main characters were not very likable, and I was a bit offended by the overuse of the f-word. The story is kind of cute if you ignore that. ...more

This is exactly what someone my age nostalgically thinks high school should be. There are so many cultural references that seem forced and intentionally retro. The language is coarse, although I don't mind because it fits with the characters. I read the whole novella, but I wouldn't read it twice. Looking forward to the movie, though.
