What Members Thought
Well, I don't know if I just needed time to 'adjust' to the World of Pern, and the cadence of McCaffrey's writing style, or if, in fact, this story was just better written, but I enjoyed this second book of the series somewhat more than I did the first. I especially enjoyed the addition of the fire-lizards, and the development of the relationship between F'Nor and Brekke. Good stuff...I look forward to reading the next installment
