I really enjoyed this read and I think it lived up to it's hype. The tale of a child genius growing up as a military puppet with the weight of the world put on his shoulders is sad and captivating at the same time.

This was one of the first books the mister recommended to me, early in our relationship - one of his all-time favorites, and one I enjoyed quite a bit, as well.
I loved it. This is a really good book for teenagers.
