I'm not a huge fan of how things are playing out with the one guy, and honestly I could have used more build up with the relationships, but I'm seriously enjoying this series and cannot wait for the next one. ...more

I like strong heroines but one who puts her life in danger repeatedly is not strong or courageous. That makes her stupid and stubborn. Lacking common sense. it's like she has to prove a point that she's brave and strong... Sometimes I wonder if Lera forgets she's just human.

Coal is falling into being just a dark abusive character. Yes, I sympathize that he went through hell but breaking bones when having rough sex?

Even with some of the negative. I think the series is good. ...more
