Stephanie Perkins captures the horrible years of confusion known as high school perfectly. She can REALLY write a young adult love story and tell it with truth, honesty, and PERFECT voice!! I relate to the characters as they remind me of how I was in high school. Suburb job!
A Marie Antoinette dress is the culmination of too many wigs. But seriously, how could I pass up a Boy Next Door romance? And the two dads subplot was handled really really well.
Some days, a nice straightforward teen romance is about all the extra excitement I can handle.
