In all honesty, I really did not enjoy this book. Don't get me wrong, H.G. Wells has done wonderful things for science fiction and I really like science fiction, but I just didn't see it in this book. I found myself down-right bored at times. It was very hard for me to concentrate on the story or the characters or what was happening, but the idea was a wonderful one.
