Learnt a new word from the title. Good story, entertaining and has a convincingly Dickensian feel to it.
I was completely and utterly immersed. What a great read. This woman knows how to tell a story. Characters, plot (and twist upon twist!), dialogue, atmosphere--she has it all. Can't wait to read more by her.
