Another great story from Tucker Springs.

Nathan's dream has finally come true:  he is now the proud owner of a shiny new horse, Tsarina.  Then, after his first day taking her out on the trails, he is left with a broken leg (Ryan's fault) and a broken hand (Nathan's fault) and a horse with no one to ride her for the entire summer...until Ryan, a lonely, wanderer who never stays in one place for long, offers him a deal.

This installment of Tucker Springs was a bit of a disappointment for me. I didn't get emotionally invested in the romance and I found both Nathan and Ryan boring.

There was a good start and a slow build where the two become friends before any romantic involvement. Ryan is a drifter and Nathan has been burned one too many times so neither is looking for a relationship. 3.5 stars. A sweet smexy love story between Nathan, a born and almost never left Tucker Springs citizen, with former "military brat" nomad Ryan.

Nathan was not at all what I expected from glimpses of him during story of Mike and Jason. Could be due to it was told from his POV, he seemed more put together, strong, yet fragile when it came to matter at heart.

And I'm guessing the appearance of Nathan's temporary roommate could be the next pairing of Tucker Springs story. Maybe... ;-)
