I'm so glad I finally read Paul's story. He was so unlikable as Sebastian's roommate in Frat Boy and Toppy you knew there had to be something there.

1.5 stars. Boring. A nice idea but poorly executed. I wished for more resistance on Paul's part. I didn't feel like he lived up to his reputation. Trevor was pushy and didn't have to grovel too much, or work hard to win Paul again. I threw in the towel at the 60% mark on my kindle. I'm glad I borrowed this book from my local library. Apart from wasted time, I didn't lose much.

I went into this expecting very little from Paul, who was a total ass in the first book. But I figured it was a novella, so even if he was terrible, I wouldn't have to rage for long. But I was pleasantly surprised when he actually did redeem himself, at least enough to make me happy. Hurray! And his entire personality didn't change, which I don't feel would have been believable—I just want him to be a bit nicer, not a whole different person. :) I also feel like we got a good explanation for why

This had just a little bit of everything. A little bit of drama, heartache, smexytimes and humor rolled into this short story. This was over too soon!
