Fantasy provided the perfect setting for this tale about very real human foolishness and grieves.
I had to blindly follow Teregryn in his quest, memories, confusions and fears, wondering where magic and madness laid : it was a blur progressively clarifying, a leaf slowly unfurling to finally deliver its morals.
I really liked it.

The world/characterization/etc. is extremely fascinating. I was sad that it was so short...

The only reason it's not a "future-reread" is that I feel like I'd depress myself rereading it because it's so short lol...

Shelves: own, favourites, riptide, revved

How so few pages can be so packed with heavy questions? They are asked throughout the story and answers are given from both sides, but still I'm left alone with my conscience to find answers of my own.
I was very moved by this story.. Not an easy read, but so rewarding!

P.S. I absolutely love the cover! One of the most beautiful.. :) ...more
