Reckoning (Strange Angels, #5) in vampire fans!!

What do i think about this book? What do i think about this series?. okay lets seee i like them. i like the Series , i like the writting the plot was good but not that great i think i need something more, but eh this lily St crow project not mine, or anyones this is the author and the public decision to make. many readers are mad at the author for the ending how Dru didnt end with anyone. welll yes i was dessapointed in that at first but not anymore, was i mad at the ending?. no not much i was o What do i think about this book? What do i think about this series?. okay lets seee i like them. i like the Series , i like the writting the plot was good but not that great i think i need something more, but eh this lily St crow project not mine, or anyones this is the author and the public decision to make. many readers are mad at the author for the ending how Dru didnt end with anyone. welll yes i was dessapointed in that at first but not anymore, was i mad at the ending?. no not much i was only like "awwwwww well thats kinda sucky" :P. i didnt throw the book across the wall at least i was that of a rager like some. readers which hahahahaah made me laugh their. :D. some readers say that Dru is not badass well i think she was badass, not like Rose Hathaway who is fearless completely. :) Dru is Badass in her own kinda way, yes she cries , like cries all the time in every book, but poor girl she lost her mother, dad, and grandma and she was close to lose Graves and possibly Christophe as well, Dru went through alot, the thing that i read that happens to her it gives me the shivers is pretty freaky, yes Dru losses herself in Betrayals alittle, more in Jealousy, and in Defiance but she comes back with a new Dru in Reckoning because the girl Bloom and that was badass of how she can do all those powers , and the way how she kill Serjejhowever you spell it, the king of vampires it was pretty kool, thats one of the things that i enjoy in the book. though what got me wondering and didnt complete the 5 star was the answers , like Dru"s full name?. i knew we were not going to never find out anna did she got Burn or what?. Anna said to Dru to take care of the Guardians, so what the heck happen to them? welll i think they burnn ass well. hmmm, Christophe. theres something missing in him, he is still mysterious to me even though the series has sadly ended, What did Graves knew about him?. what did he Found out? Who is this Grandma? the grandma of Dry what is she? how did the mahaons macinas mawhatever lol knew about her, still what the heck are they anyway? well so many questions and yet not all answer , also what was the hole Nathalie saying the Graves was cute? was that just a compliment and was it really to make Dru jelous? or was there also going on with Nathalie into Graves? hmmm. lets seee. what Team am I? Graves. :). i love this character he is one of my favorite with Nathalie and Dru . i would much prefer that Graves ends up with Dru, but hmmm i do think they do end up together when Graves comes back im shure Dru would be happy and they would finnaly become Boyfriend and Girlfriend maybe something evven more, i think the author possibly wanted us readers to choose how would it end. hmm maybe. Book was good I bealive Graves would come back. :) i have Faith on Dru and Graves after all she did told him that she love him and that to me is enough and tells it. ...more

The final installment of Strange Angels, this book more or less took my breath away.

Here is why the book lost two stars:

The plot was at times a little confusing, dry, and boring. Especially during the fight scenes, I felt that it was a bit too rushed, and too many things were happening at once. Aside from this, I got quite annoyed at how Dru kept on hearing voices in her head - mostly from her Dad, and sometimes from her grandma and Anna -, and also the fact that she was talking to herself way The final installment of Strange Angels, this book more or less took my breath away.

The plot was at times a little confusing, dry, and boring. Especially during the fight scenes, I felt that it was a bit too rushed, and too many things were happening at once. Aside from this, I got quite annoyed at how Dru kept on hearing voices in her head - mostly from her Dad, and sometimes from her grandma and Anna -, and also the fact that she was talking to herself way too much. Halfway through the book, there were at least three pages of Dru talking to herself and being 'reprimanded' and 'reminded' by her father.

One thing that made me so, incredibly annoyed, is that (view spoiler) I was team Graves after reading Strange Angels and Betrayals, but as I started Jealously, I found myself liking Christophe even more, and switched over. I found Graves to be too hot and cold, kind of like Dru. But don't get me wrong, Graves is a sweetie. Christophe on the other hand, is intense and he pays attention to what Dru is saying, and loves her blindly. (view spoiler)

The Overall Review

The plot was moderately fast paced, which was good because it kept the story interesting, and I really could not put it down. As always, there were some intense, electric scenes between Dru and Christophe, as well as one very emotional and rather surprising scene between Dru and Graves. But you know me, go team Christophe! There were definitely some plot twists that I didn't see coming, and it did keep me entertained and wanting more. Sadly, this is the last book. It's quite cruel in a way because I don't like books that leave some things unfinished. Hopefully, fingers crossed, the author will choose to extend the series, because there is definitely a potential story with the Maharaj.

Anyway, it is a good book, and if you did manage to keep reading the previous books despite how much Dru annoyed you with her incessant self-talk and imaginary reminders, you will not want to miss this book.
