Silence (Hush, Hush, #3) in vampire fans!!

What to say about this book....hmmm. Well I loved it, OBVIOUSLY! When I read the first chapter though I was extremely skeptic. I didn't really like the idea that Nora had lost her memory and didn't know anything about the angels or Patch.....I'm still not sure how much I liked that. But once she started learning more about what happened and Patch came back (wink wink) I liked it a whole lot more :D

Before I go on, let me just get this out in the open. If you haven't already figured out, I LOVE Patch! :D Just sayin

Anyway, back to my review :D SO the beginning was interesting, not AT ALL what I had originally expected. And the whole name change thing, with "Jev", I don't know why, but that REALLY bugged me!

In Crescendo when Scott first came into the story, he wasn't my favorite. He actually seemed like a really shady character to me. But he really grew on me in this book and I like him a whole lot more now. I have a feeling that now that Nora's no longer human and she and Scott are both full blooded Nephil, there might be a little drama in the next book between her, Scott, and Patch. I hate to say this, but I love when they add love-triangles into the story, it causes so much...not really drama per se, but it pulls you in and makes you feel more sympathetic to the characters.

Next I'm gonna talk about Hank. Hank, Hank, Hank (shakes head) what a stupid thing to do! Seriously!? If I was planning on being a psycho and taking down these "all powerful beings", I think I would have planned that a little better. Yes, every story needs a villain (well in some way or another) but Hank was just...he just makes me laugh. Not that he was a bad villain, he was actually pretty clever, but the way he died just kinda sucked, on his part, not the authors ;D. Because he went through all this planning and scheming and then at the very end of his life, he pulls out a feather and without a second thought his daughter pulls the trigger! He doesn't even get to go out with a BANG! How bad does that have to suck! :DDDD

I'm getting off topic again :D Anyway, I love Patch and Nora...and now Scott too ;D and I absolutely CAN NOT wait until the next one comes out! Highly recommend for everyone to read this series :DDDDDDDDDD ...more

RATING: 4 JEV/PATCH STARS!!

I enjoyed Silence and am hanging for book 4. I can NEVER get enough Patch. I would have liked more Patch and Nora together in Silence. I am just greedy like that. I can’t overly complain as I did get some smexi, Jev.

This book was amazing just like the rest of the Hush Hush series but 1 thing that I especially liked was the ending. Becca thought outside of the box. Gave you something that you didn't expect, satisfied you, and left you wanting for more. How someone can think of something so brilliant astounds me. But nevertheless, I have to say I admire Becca all the more after reading this book and I can't wait for the next one to come out! ...more
