Shelves: read-in-a-paper-book-form, classics, classic-novels

The book was hard to get into, but I enjoyed it once I have.

The book is a very dark novel that envisions the bitterness of prejudice, revenge and the inability to forgive and forget.

Beautiful in it's dark ways, but you definitely need to be in the right mood to enjoy it. ...more
