The last Cari Hunter I had yet to read, and as always an impressive, evocative read! I love the thrilling action and suspense, and the British banter and humour that always permeates these reads.

Seeing Officer Sam and Dr Kate connect during such dramatic circumstances really kept me reading and on the edge of my seat, waiting to see what would happen next to them physically, but also emotionally.
