What Members Thought
This is as good as lesbian fiction gets. I am so pleased that I read this before I saw the BBC version. Why they crammed this novel into three hours when it should have been at least six parts is beyond me? They cut so many important points of plot that, if you had not read the book, the TV adaptation must have been incomprehensible in parts.
