Re-read 2019
Still not my favorite in the series, but picked it up because I'm giving the series a re-read during the stress of the beginning of the semester.
This is the second book in one of my absolute favorite series by this author. I've re-read it often since it's been released, it is one of my go to's for a "happy" read. I highly recommend it.
2016 Re-read this for the nth time last night. Read it in one sitting, not sure why this is one of the series that I can't put down. ...more

4.5 stars★ Loved Jack!!
This looks like it'll be a good series, so I've added the book 1 to my library loaning. This is a bit predictable and light. And there was a few times when the four friends just talked and talked and talked... and about the one subject too... so at times a little overkill. And I wasn't all to thrilled with how involved they were with Emma's personal and private life… always asking the details of her and Jack's sex life, I thought it was rude. And didn't like how they kept ...more

Jack and Emma are lovely characters but the first half of the book was too slow and dull. I preferred the second half, that’s why I’m rating with 3 stars, though only the last few chapters deserved it.
