This was better than expected. Definitely young adult reading, but entertaining and engaging. I'll watch the movie next, and will probably read the next one too. But don't expect deep or meaty or chewy or even Hans Solo

I was long overdue to listen to this audiobook. Why didn't I do it before? I got the idea that this was fantasy, and it reads like it most of the time, but it is in fact a dystopian story set in the future USA, named Panem, after some ecological disasters and cataclysms.
