What Members Thought
What a very strange book! It's definitely fantasy--of the dark, twisted variety. I thought it was very original, but I didn't like many of the characters. Even the ones who I was supposed to be rooting for weren't very likeable. I felt more sorry for them than anything else. I felt like the story had a pretty dark take on humanity. What does it say that the two lions were my favorite characters?

I don’t know what to compare this to? But it was both fantastic and disturbing. I need a palate cleanser now but i will be rereading this at some point.
Pulled an all-nighter for this. This gem has a little something (or a lot) for everyone. Creepy as Hell. Smart. Tender. Weird. Somewhere between gritty and disgusting. Made me cringe, laugh out loud, and still got me right in the feels - numerous times. I highly recommend!!!
