Real rating: 3.5 (I wish there is a .5 rating in Goodreads).

This is my second audiobook! (I have to tell you that I am just so excited of the concept of me "reading" really quickly). Anyway, this is a dystopian drama. I have mistakenly thought, based on the title, that this is an SF book.

The story goes back and forth in time: a little bit confusing when I listened to it, particularly since the plotlines of the characters seem unrelated to each other. It starts telling about a character, and in

I love the way the lives of the characters intertwine so closely both before and after the pandemic. A very satisfying read.

Not what I expected. For a post-apocalyptic story, it spent way too many chapters in the mundane present. I wanted to know the Symphony's backstory not the backstory of some guy who died before everything happened! I wanted to know a lot more that I was told about several of the characters so this book left me wishing it had been more.
