Tanya (Novel Paperbacks)
We did not get on, this book and I.
I just did not like the main character. I had no investment in him, emotional or otherwise. So the narrative held a lot of descriptions surrounding him that failed to keep my attention.
I found most of the description written well, but too long and repetitive.
Plus, though the final pieces for the coming story were done well at the end, I found it took far too long to get there. I felt as though I was just waiting for most of the book for things to happen. And
