This book is incredible! I personally found it a little difficult to get into but only for the first few pages. I had major "readers block" when I first read this but it broke me out of it. I also ended up crying for two years after finishing the trilogy (in only a week or two I might add) and refused to return to it until just late last year (2017). Anyone who loves adventure, romance, fantasy, and undying friendships that will happily die for one another, will love this series.
I do not want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it but..... Cassandra Clare is the only author I've read who can VERY effectively do a love triangle. I had once believed I knew a good love triangle but no... not after this one. My heart still cries for them.
