I have very conflicting thoughts about this one actually. While I love the series, I'm not sure this was my absolute favorite. Sorry if any of this isn't very helpful. Hum?

A few things I liked about the book were that Haven actually got a bigger part in this one, granted I didn't like who she became in it. Still she had a major part. I guess in a way it's good to see characters develop differentl ...more

So out of the 5 books written so far I would probably say that this one is my least favorite. I like it enough to give ti 3 stars but I probably won't read it a 2nd time. I am sorry to say but Ever's doubting Damen's love for her does get a little old. Especially since she's been doubting it since book 1 but at least she finally grow's up and realizes that he does lover her. So perhaps the final book won't be Ever doubting anymore. Ever continues to try and Figure out how to find a way to make the antidote so her and Damen can be together but her former best friend Haven will stop at nothing to get her revenge on her and Jude for killing her love Roman...the story will continue in the sixth book

Once again, Alyson Noel has left me standing beside the cliff's edge still hoping and wondering for the answer...what Damen and Ever need. Though, I think I've figured part of it out from a few hints in this book I won't know until the 7th and final book, 'Everlasting' comes out. It is due out this summer.

If you are following this series you will want to read this book so that you will be ready for the finality of the last one to come. ;-) ...more
