Book #2 in the Special Delivery series
We first meet Randy Jansen in Special Delivery. I didn't much care for Randy in SD. He was an asshat. If the bond between Mitch & Sam hadn't been as strong as it was, Randy could've done some real damage to their relationship. We meet Randy again in Hooch & Cake. H&C redeemed Randy for me. We discover just how far Randy will go to help those he loves & it's patently obvious in H&C that Randy loves Mitch & Sam.

WOW WOW WOW!!! What a great book!
Randy is back at it with his "I don't give a shit" attitude and working for a mobster in Vegas. He can't help but notice a hot guy at one of the tables on the security camera. Thinking he can read people so well, he makes a bet with the mobster.
Ethan is at the end of his rope. He lost the last of his money and is ready to be done with life. He never thought smooth talking Randy would change his life forever.

I think I would fully better appreciated this book had I been a gambler/poker player. I loved Randy and some of the scenes were damn HOT and I enjoyed how he put himself out there for Sam and how supportive he was for him through Sam's therapy. Loved the relationship and love between the two couples. 😘
