"The narration is as intense as the story."
What made the experience of listening to Absolution the most enjoyable?
The narrators ability to take on many different characters, and give each one their own distinct personality.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Absolution?
When Jonas finally, fully opens up to Cole and Mace. Emotionally, physically, mentally... he lets down every barrier and truly lets them love him.

What about Joel Leslie’s performance did you like?

4.5 stars. I loved this book from beginning to end. The tension, the suspense and how they were looking out for each other broke my heart at times. I will definitely be reading more of this series.

I'm glad this was picked for me. I'm not sure I'd have gotten to it anytime soon since I'm trying to stay away from dark, angst-filled stories. But, in this case, it was easy to stay away from all the drama and see it for the piece of fiction it was. Don't get me wrong, it's very well integrated with the romance, but the author changes POVs often enough to stop a deep connection with the characters.

This was the book that started an addiction for me – an addiction to a new series as well as to a “new to me” author. I couldn’t even take the time to write a review for each book because I had it bad for the next one immediately.
