I love this series!
I enjoyed this cosy crime. The main character part amused me and part irritated me. She was a rather cantakerous 50-something who denied having arthritis and was jealous of a younger colleague (because she was young). Quite a departure from the usual detectives featured in cosy crimes. At times the crime she was solving took a backseat to everything else she was up to and I wasn't quite sure what to make of that.
