I was very hesitant to read this book cause I heard it was basically twilight but with aliens. Now that I've read it I can say that it's basically Twilight with aliens. It wasn't a bad thing. I really enjoyed this book and I've had it for a long while and just kept putting off reading it. The story was different in most every aspect. There wasn't any insta-love or love triangles. If you count first impressions (both from my reading and that of the MC's when they meet), it was more of hate at first sight. But we soon find out that isn't the case.
