#1 in the Love by Numbers series
I'd actually rate this 4.5 stars, but I enjoyed it so I'll round up to a 5-star rating. Two strong characters, both of which I find most appealing. Callie (Calpurnia) is a 28-year-old wallflower because she's not gorgeous and not particularly sparkling, but she's intelligent and friendly and just plain nice. I liked the heroine in this and the general concept of her list, but I hated the hero. Seriously, he was completely void of personality and existed purely as a lust-bucket who made uber creepy comments during the love scenes. I mean - "such soft skin, empress" and "let go my lovely, I promise to catch you" just criiiiiiiiiinge. Also I will vomit if I see the word "lather" again.

My original review still stands. I read it again to refresh myself, because I never finished the entire series. It was still just as good as I remembered it being the first time around. Only difference is this time around it was on audio and the narrator Carolyn Morris was awesome.
