Mac was the sister that no one thought would go out of her way to even consider trying to solve her sisters murder but she doesn't and find so much more about herself. I found that Mac was such a fun character but also she knows how to handle herself when it comes to danger, of course once she learns.

I had a hard time getting through this one.The first half of the book was information I did not need. If you have not read anything about the Fae before, it's interesting. However, go ahead and buy the whole series now, in my opinion this book was too short and ended without enough answers to MacKayla's questions. I wish all three books had been published together.
