What Members Thought
Gunmetal Magic is a book about Andrea although we do see other characters (Kate/Curran) pop up in the book. I wasn't sure about Andrea in the last book so I was actually glad we got to know her character better and I did want to find out how she and Raphael would work out their problems.

I loved that Raphael and Andrea get to have their own story. I adore both characters, and I can see why Andrea and Kate are such good friends. And I loved seeing more of Roman. Another great read from the Kate Daniels series.
It took me a while to get into it. But once I did I ended up adoring Andrea herself and her relationship with Raphael.

Andrea has found herself in a mess but whether she's tryin got save lives or trying to figure out what's going on with her relationship with Raphael, things don't seem to go her way. As part of Kate's investigative team she needs to find a killer, only to find more trouble. I really like Andrea she is tough even though she finds herself in such jams like mythical problems and of course man issues.
