4 stars. This one started off slower than the other books for me but it picks up at about 30% and it was a ride all the way to the end. Speaking of the end, it was just as good as the ending of book three. Super sweet and adorable. I love Kate and Curran’s relationship and it took a really nice turn here. Another fast-paced action-packed episode...er... book. I like the character progression and how the various relationships (not just Kate and Curran, but them too) have been growing in the midst of all the chaos. The forth book in the series.

The books are getting better. Don't get attached to the secondary characters. The author loves killing at least one major secondary character in every book.

Kate channels her pain and confusion into anger and a determination to focus on her job and be ...more

The analysis classifies an unheard of combination of an undead mage, who is wreaking so much havoc it threatens the very existence of Atlanta. Twined within the rampage is almost informat
