Angel **Book Junkie**
So I have two different sides.
The work side and the Home Side.
At work I am an extrovert always trying to rise ahead. I talk I carry on. But as for my personal side I am a true introvert. I really enjoyed this book and I enjoyed learning about the New Me I have definitely changed due to events that have happened in my life. I really enjoyed this book. As an introvert, I found it particularly fascinating and reassuring to hear about the scientific side of what I always considered to just be personality traits. I also appreciated that while the author definitely identified why it can be so challenging to be an introvert in an extroverted society, she didn't make it into a pity party and made it clear that introverts can still thrive if they leverage their understanding of what makes them tick. ...more

This was one of the most boring books I listened to in a long time and I have listened to some doozies this year. I tried speeding up the audio, but that didn't help. I kept losing my concentration on it. It was just so repetitive and not very interesting. I had high hopes for it after all the rave reviews I heard on it, but at 41% I just couldn't stand the torture and DNF'd it ...more

Very interesting. I already knew I was an introvert but I found the advice and guidance on how to do better in social and work environments very helpful. Recommend to anyone who has a kid that is "shy" or if you are having difficulty at work. ...more
