I absolutely loved this book. It's sacrilegious, irreverent and totally hilarious. This is basically a story of an angel and a demon, mortal enemies who become friends just by proximity. They've been hanging around Earth (well England actually) for centuries, just waiting for the apocalypse, that they have become friends and allies. I'm trying this again. Listening in shorter sessions as I think my mind will wander less. Am hearing much that I miss the first time around. This book is hilarious. It's wonderful to laugh out loud at something that I've heard a couple of times before, but it is just so funny. I think I will have to buy a hard copy to read again. :-)
