I don't understand it, but I liked this book better than the first book. In this book, Tally has become "Prettie" and is as air headed as the rest. But, David and the Smokies have a plan to help her to find her brain again.

Tally has become a pretty and is mainly concerned with becoming a member of the Crims clique. Then Croy from her Smoke days shows up and Tally begins remembering more of the past. Tally and her new boyfriend Zane get a potential cure to being pretty and try to break themselves and the other crims out of the city. Another slow start and another cliff hanger. I'm interested enough in the series to read the last one. ...more
