Wow, what a turn-around from book one!!!

Book one, I was bored to tears, barely made it through, and took over a week to read a measly 231 pages. This one was over 400 and I read it in days. Because it was actually entertaining, the characters were fleshed out (and were actually interesting), and the story wasn't repetitive and draggy.

Definitely will continue on with the series soon.

This was interesting. Really need to pay attention with all the different worlds/time periods/players/personalities. I love Roland & Eddie together. They both push each other but have a strong bond growing. Verdict is still out on Detta/Odetta/Susannah, (whoever the hell she is!) I don't know much about this Dark Tower still but it's going to be interesting getting there! ...more

Eddie "If you kill what you love you're damned". "I am damned already" Roland said calmly, "but perhaps even the damned may be saved."

"Even the damned love".

Lo stile di scrittura risulta molto più scorrevole del suo predecessore, tant

It is weird being inside Stephen King's mind. These aren't really my favourite stories, just a little too much fantasy but they sure are memorable. I will continue the series because I like it enough to be invested in seeing it through.
Decent Read!
