Still like the books more than the HBO show.

I think I liked this book better than the first one. This book was like two or even three stories in one. There is the murder at Sam's bar. There are the crazy fanatics in Dallas. And then there is the beginning of a potential love triangle (maybe??) between Sookie, Bill, and *gasp* Eric! We almost had some Sam love before and we thought maybe that would be a thing but now there's a whole new direction! So....for this book it started off rather exciting and then lulled a bit. Alright, I liked Living Dead in Dallas much more than Dead Until Dark. I think Harris' writing was much more smooth and understandable. I had to reread some paragraphs because I lost my train of thought but I'm sure that was just a blonde moment on my part. (: I found a couple typo's but that's with any book. I don't know why these popped out at me so much more though. Her style of writing seemed much more appropriate with a mystery/vampire/thriller novel but her sex scenes were very under-devel
