Oh man, I really don't know... I think I rather liked this book, but I can't quite make up my mind. I'll give it 3 stars for now, maybe I'll come back and change that later...
I think part of my problem is that I just read a book that has a lot to do with being confined in a house because the outside in unsafe (Life as we knew it, Susan Beth Pfeffer). That whole aspect felt very similar and wasn't what I would've liked to read about so soon again.

Suspenseful end of times story, hitting especially hard in this pandemic! Malorie and her sister have moved away from home to start their adult lives, to have fun and meet new people. Instead something weird is happening to people and everyone needs to cover the windows and stay home. Malorie though cannot hide out, she is having a baby and needs to find a place to keep it safe. I can't wait to read the next book!
