I've read several of novels in Jeffery Deaver's Lincoln Rhyme Series, but never The Bone Collector. Here we meet the brilliant, impatient, and rude Criminologist.

Wow, this was so intense - I loved it! I stayed up way, way, way too late to finish; just couldn't put this one down! The forensics were incredible, the writing taut, the characters human and memorable. Lincoln Rhyme is quite the different protagonist; lovable even through the surly brusqueness. Amelia Sachs was an unlikely, but completely believable "Watson." The mystery was so intense and I never saw the ending coming.
