I definitely liked this one a lot better than the first book! The plot was much more exciting, I really enjoyed the political maneuvering. It's full of palace intrigue and political machinations with twists and turns all over the place. A war between Eddis and Attolia begins and Gen has some tasks to do to help turn the tide. Fun! ...more
