This was fun. It's a closed room murder mystery in space. The previous clones of the six member crew have died horribly, their AI is not responding and decades worth of their memories have been wiped out. Oh, they're also all criminals, given a chance to wipe out their sentences in exchange for crewing a generation ship across to a habitable planet in Tau Ceti. I usually do not like most things space but of course a challenge is getting me to read books exactly about that so I begin this book and I will say when it comes to sci fi I really enjoy AI or the technology side of things and I felt like this novel was exactly that, a great balance of being in space but living on a ship with awesome science and clones. I really enjoyed the story and I am sad it's not a series. I imagine it would be a pretty good movie too.
