I love this series and each book is better than the last. Reyes is simply my favorite book boyfriend. I just love how he and Charley interact. I can't wait to see how things fall out when Charley remembers her past. I also love all the supporting characters - Cookie, Osh, Angel, Amber and Ubie. Remove any one of them and the story simply wouldn't be the same.
Like all books in this series, there is a ton of stuff going on and Charley learns some new skills. Thoroughly enjoyable and exciting and ...more

#11 in the Charley Davidson paranormal romance series
This series is great, especially in audio and ably narrated by Lorelei King. She does such a fun job with Charley's silly comments and yet with a serious base for the scary parts. My favorite parts of this series are when Charley is solving small mysteries and speaking to the departed, and there was some of that in this book. (Amber's stalker, a little boy's death, a kidnapped girl, searching for the Fosters and their adoption agency). Unfortu ...more

Sh*t just got real.
Seriously. Ever since Charley found out her true name things have been moving at a really fast pace.
There were so many thing going on in this book with Reye, Ubie, Amber, and Charley, but none of distracted from the other and everything flowed together flawlessly.
I am so stocked to see what is going to happen next.

In this eleventh installment of the Charley Davidson series we learn more about Reyes and the people that adopted him, as well as Charley's growing powers. There are the usual shenanigans going on with Charley and crew as well. Charley is trying to prevent the death of her uncle and also working some cases. This book is full of the usual humor. We also get more of Amber and Quentin. They're adorable. the book ends with another cliff-hanger.
