#2 in the Night Huntress paranormal series
What I like about this series is that Frost is able to combine the weirdness of vampires and ghouls and their lifestyle into a sort-of regular romance between Cat and Bones. Of course their lives consist of plotting and searching and killing, plus other assorted vampire customs, but they also go out to dinner, go dancing, and otherwise conduct a fairly ordinary romance. I thought that Frost couldn’t top the first book in the series, Halfway to the Grave, but I was wrong! The second installment in the Night Huntress series is just as good!
The story takes place approximately four years after things ended in Halfway to the Grave.
