WOW was this a pure sex story! Obviously there is a storyline too but as a true Anita Blake fan knows, there cannot be a story without serious group sex. In this one, the vampire council is out to kill Jean-Claude and Anita because the council believes they have acquired too much power and will try to take over the council. I just love Anita Blake. Laurell is back to her best writing with this book and I am thrilled. I love my favorite characters being back in the mix. There is not a lot I can say without giving too much away. But can I just say...I LOVED THIS BOOK!!!
I love this series. Everyone either loves them or hates them because of all the sex in them now and I am one that loves them even more. IMO Anita is one LUCKY girl..lol ;)
