I shouldn't have waited so long to read this book after finishing book 1. I had a difficult time remembering all the secondary characters. But luckily despite that I still enjoyed this book. It took me a bit to get into this but once I did I found it better than the first book. I like the short chapters, it makes it easy to pick up and put down the book at a logical break.

Anita also has to deal with Harold Gaynor who wants her to perform a human sacrifice to raise a very old zombie. The end of the book was exciting but it took a long time to for much of anything to happen. I think I'll continue the series but I'm not in a huge hurry to do so. ...more
