I enjoyed parts of the book a lot and other parts bothered me a bit. Hannah Gregory is one independent lady. She the eldest of three sister who have lost their parents and, at the opening of the book, their home as well.

I liked a lot of things about Hannah. She cared deeply about her sisters, she was very intelligent and fiercely independent. However, she was stubborn to the point where she was frustrating to me as a reader. Her stubbornness actually made me want to shake her sometimes. Sometime
