First 5 star of the year! This is crazy and amazing. I should read more of his work. I was intimidated by the thickness of the book but when I read it I wanted more. The world building is superb, the characters are well thought and the plot is well written. I'm confused to some words but this is high fantasy so basically it's normal so I just researched more of cosmere world, i think it's one of the good thing that I read it just now. Lol. What a fantastic book! I have been meaning to read a Brandon Sanderson book for a while but was hesitant to commit myself to a series where each book is 1000+ pages. I wish I had picked this up earlier as it has really scratched my epic fantasy itch that I didn't even realise I had.

The worldbuilding is so immersive and well thought out. It is vast so much so that I know there is still so much to find out about this world and I can't wait to do so as I continue the series.
