I know a lot of my friends here on Goodreads will kill me when they see this rating, but I just couldn't... I'm sorry!

I didn't really understand this book, like at all? Like I get it, but at the same time I don't get it. Like what even was this about? I felt, ironically, like I was stuck in someone's confusing dream the entire time I was reading this.


But I didn't hate it at all. It was just... confusing...

Wow! This was a great book. I am ready to read the second book. I didn't know what to expect going into the story. I have never read anything by this author and my friends had mixed feelings about this book. Major twists happened.

I enjoyed this book and will read more from the series, but I found it a trifle confusing. The boys ages seemed off, highschool students living in apartments all by themselves??? Some of the mystical stuff was a tad confusing as well but I do want to know what happens to these guys, so I will keep reading.
