After reading this book I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I had read Stievater's book Shiver and I really didn't enjoy it. It was so boring and I was afraid this book would be the same. However after seeing booktube reviews on how good it was, I decided to give it a try. This book has been hyped too much for me to properly enjoy it. That's the only explanation I have for why I'm not overjoyed by this tale. I didn't dislike it by any means, I was just underwhelmed.
Will Patton does a fantastic job narrating though - really well done.

This was SO good. Seriously. <33 It was written so beautifully that I kept getting back and re-read scenes over and over again. Also Gansey, Adam and Ronan are incredibly fascinating characters and I can't wait to know more about them. This was the best thing I've read in a long time.
