One of the better mystery's I have read in awhile.

I picked this book up purely because it fit a challenge I was working on, and I am really glad that I did. I loved how all the small details that someone might overlook ended up being important factors to make the story come together. It was really well written and I just wanted to keep reading until the end. The MC Wendy reminds me a bit of Kinsey Millhone in the series of the same name by Sue Grafton, the wit and the sarcasm. I find these quali

I really enjoyed this book. This isn't my first book by this author and it definitely won't be my last. Coben kept me guessing until the very end and I like that about him. The plot was very interesting The characters were well thought out and I did not hate any of them. ...more

There is also a message about whether or not parents should host drinking parties for kids. The themes are all subtle but they add depth to the novel. It was definite ...more

This was quite entertaining and kept my interest throughout the book and makes you think twice.

The surprises kept coming and coming at the end, I listened to this on audiobook and had to keep playing parts over again to catch everything. I'm thinking this one although very good, may have been better if I read it and was able to digest everything over a longer period of time. Definitely will be checking out more books by this author. Probably reading it rather than listening to it. ...more
