The Selection is heating up in unexpected ways. Not only is there the Aspen vs Maxon decision, the other girls are stepping up their game to win Prince Maxon's affections! Toss in rebel revelations and threats and it is an exciting read!
Honestly I cannot say too much about this book without spoilers. It was shorter than expected, especially for the content it covered. I wish it delved into things a bit deeper and taken things just a bit slower toward the end. It felt a bit rushed. Secrets are re ...more

I think that the strength I saw in America in book one of this series spoiled me a bit. I haven't felt that same way about her since.
Since the first book a lot of insecurities have come to the surface. I understand it in a way, because how can you no question yourself when the man you want is also entertaining other women. I guess that's why I am not a fan of the bachelor or the bachelorette.

A wonderful and satisfying conclusion to a fabulous trilogy! I couldn't wait to read more about America and Maxon. The last 50-75 pages were riveting and I stayed up way past bedtime to finish the book because I had to know the ending! One of my favorite trilogies!

I think this is one of my favorites in the series. It had a ton of twist and turns, some I knew were coming and some were a shock. I cried for America with what happened to her dad, one of those twist I didn’t see.

As cheesy as this series is, its the cheesy that I like. I think Cass did a great job of ending this series. Right up until the end I was second guessing who it would be. I grew to love Celeste, which made that quick moment even worse. So I just noticed that this wasn't the last book in the series. Hmm...not so sure how I feel about that. I like this ending, can't we just leave it there, in a good place?
