Really wanted to give it 3.5 stars, but no half stars here.
Anyway, overall I like the story. The cover is a little misleading, because the main characters in this particular story seem to be African American or at least bi-racial.
I know that's besides the point, since it neither enhances or takes anything away from the story.
I would have given this more stars if I would have agreed with Ridley's choice to keep Jackson in the dark as long as she did and that he and his family and friends could b ...more
